My daughter has been enjoying this book very much since relieving it. And I have to say that their story left me a little deflated in spite of me wanting to love it. Don't ever let me forget how small I am is the ongoing theme that author Bradley Trevor Greive points out on every page of this small book that is mighty in it's lessons. She is test subject `N3. Some of this turns out to be true. I liked some parts of it but the diet itself is really heavy on a few items that are not compatible with anyone who doesn't tolerate eggs or nuts well. What Angus MacKay has done to her is unspeakable beyond words.
